Estates & Greenfields
Nicholas Austin has produced high quality documentation, BIM models and imagery across masterplan and greenfield estate projects, working alongside the design team from concept through to construction. His work on Kimberley Estate included parks documentation and grading models, covering mounding, water feature design and construction-standard drawings for public open space. Notable sites also include Kardinia Park, Broadstead Local Park and Heathdale Christian College, alongside numerous residential estate streetscapes and parks. He has coordinated deliverables under tight deadlines and evolving workflows, and supported new team members through software and design method guidance.
Kimberley Estate Reserve
Sunbury, Victoria
On the Kimberley Estate Reserve project, Nicholas contributed to parks documentation and grading models across the public open space, including complex mounding, water feature design and high-standard construction drawing production, working closely with the design team to bring the reserve through to construction.

Bundoora, Victoria
